You will be hard pressed to find much white space in this beautiful book. The quilts and the counted cross stitch photographs are each in their own galleries. There are explosions of all of the quilt projects to guide you through their construction. The 34, new, quilt blocks and borders are in multicolor patterns. All components are easy to mix and match, project to project, so that you can make pillow (or easily enlarge each to make a wall hanging size project) as well as full size quilts from multiple blocks and borders.

Twelve of the quilt designs have been charted for counted cross stitch by Al Hannen - a photograph each design is also shown on it's own page opposite it's quarter chart. The charts are all full stitches so they may also be used for counted needlepoint.

There are illustrated quilting instructions, embroidery instructions for adding your name or favorite sentiment to your quilt block and complete illustrated counted cross stitch instructions. Also, a host of friendship quotes and sentiments that would be suitable to add to your friendship block.
